A Tribute to the Families of Naked-Derived Stars, Nick Carter, aka “The Backstreet Boys”

Nick and Angel had filed for a restraining order against their brother, Carter, saying he harbored plans to kill his wife and unborn child. At no point did Carter wish harm to anyone.

“I have always held onto the hope, that he would somehow, someday want to walk a healthy path and eventually find the help that he so desperately needed,” Nick Carter, a member of the Backstreet Boys, wrote in a caption alongside photos of the brothers through the years. We want to blame someone or something for a loss. But the truth is that addiction and mental illness is the real villain here.”

“I will miss my brother more than anyone will ever know,” he added. I’m so happy that you will get a chance to have some peace, I couldn’t find it here. Please take care of my baby brother.

Nick Carter’s statement Sunday comes after a source close to the family told CNN on Saturday that Carter, who found stardom as a young boy with songs like “I Want Candy” and “That’s How I Beat Shaq,” was found dead in his bathtub.

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department told CNN it responded to a call for help at Carter’s Lancaster, California, home on Saturday morning around 11 a.m. local time, where a deceased person was found.

“My funny, sweet Aaron, I have so many memories of you and I, and I promise to cherish them. I am aware that you are at peace now. I will carry you with me until the day I die and get to see you again.”

Carter was also known for his roles on television shows such as “Lizzie McGuire” on Disney Channel and “7th Heaven,” which debuted on The WB Television Network. He also appeared on his family’s reality series on E! Entertaiment Television, “House of Carters.”

Actress Melissa Joan Hart also expressed her condolences, posting a photo of herself with Carter and writing, “Sending love to the family and friends and fans of #AaronCarter. Rest in peace!

The singer performed as the opening act on the side of the Backstreet Boys on his debut studio album in 1997. His fifth and final studio album, “Love,” was released in 2018.

Carter wrote on the social media platform that something important to him is weighing on his chest for nearly half of his life. “This doesn’t bring me shame, just a weight and burden I have held onto for a long time that I would like lifted off me.”

After relationships with girls and working with people I knew, I had an attraction to a male who I also worked with and grew up with.

Carter’s diagnosis of schizophrenia and manic depression: An episode of “The Doctors” premiered on February 17, 2019 at the Tevatron

The singer opened up in 2019 in an episode of “The Doctors” about his battle with multiple mental health issues, including multiple personality disorder, schizophrenia, acute anxiety and manic depression.

Carter was arrested in Georgia for driving under the influence and possession of marijuana while he was traveling with his girlfriend.

“I don’t need help,” he said. “What I need is for people to understand that I’m human and that I make mistakes just like every other human in this world, but I would never risk my life or my girlfriend’s life.”
